GETTING THERE:

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Take a bus going to Batangas city/pier. Going to Puerto Galera, we can take a slower Bangka directly to White Beach for 1 to 2 hours or the fastcraft which take us 45 minutes to Puerto Galera town proper. The fare for Bangka is P110 while the fastcraft is P200*. If we will take the fastcraft, we will ride a jeep from town proper going to White Beach.

Mindoro has the natural assets for attracting visitors; rugged mountain rages and fertile valleys dominate its varied topography. It still has an unspoilt environment where one can enjoy mountain climbing, trekking, camping, island hopping and swimming. Puerto Galera is a major tourist destination with its, beautiful harbor, numerous fine beaches and sheltered coves against a green mountain background. Puerto Galera has its own attractions like the Cross at Muelle is a landmark memory of a Spanish warship that sank there in 1879. Tamaraw falls the largest falls in the province has a natural pool at its base.
