Park Guides
Camelot

A very big park with a big castle in the middle hence the name and a really big Log Flume at the entrance to the Park, theres lots of rollercoasters here and some really high ones with a big loop, I think they had a Rapids Ride at some point.
They had a few other big rides like Excalibur which is supposed to be a giant sword that goes upside down, the Terror Rack which was blue and swung about and upside down, and a big outdoor swimming pool with a slide.
Its near Chorley off the M6 and is easy to find, The only ride I would recommend that you dont go on is the Tower ride because it goes upside down and I hate big drops, my mum always goes on it because she doesnt mind drops.

Lightwater Valley

This park is in Yorkshire and has lots of nice fields with lots of big water rides, they have a big wooden rollercoaster there called T-Rex and it is about 200ft high I only went on it once but I had my eyes closed most of the way around. They have a dark ride there aswell cant remember what it was called I think it was the Beast, I like all of their water rides like the Rapids ride and the big Boat ride but I didnt like the dark drop, they had a big Skateboard track that was fast.

Flamingo Land

One of the biggest parks I have been to with lots of rides crammed into a big field and they have really good effects on them, the biggest one they had was the Bullet which fired you like a Bullet upside down lots of times and up big hills, I only went on this once because I was told you could get off before it went backwards because I really hate going backwards.
They had lots of other rides like the Top Gun that you can control yourself and the Skyflyer that went round upside down, they have a few other rollercoasters like the Bobsled one that is quite good and the best dark ride I think in the country Thunder Mountain, the crazy mouse was rubbish it was too slow.
They had another ride there that they had taken from Alton Towers because my mum noticed they had moved it, its even got the same name but it is a different colour and has been made higher, the Zoo is really good and they have some good shows with a few rides inside the Zoo.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach

They dont really have that many rides but lots of attractions like shows and cafes, I dont remember many of the rides that were there Im only going on what my mum has told because I havent been for years, I know they had a really big ride called the Big One that was white and had a red train. I think I remember they had some sort of Haunted Ride and lots of wooden rides, I remember the Log Flume because it was right next to the Big ride and there were some horses you could ride on a track, I remember going on this big ride near the entrance It was a giant Rainbow that went round fast.
My mum says I have been on other rides like the Fun House and Space Invader but I dont remember, I know the park was near the sea and had a big wheel near it, there was a giant curly white tower slide on the entrance as you walked in, I wouldnt go on it because it was too high.

Alton Towers

A really spaced out park with lots of trees and I think they had the same sort of stuff as Camelot with the Big castle and a lake, the best ride in the park was the Crocodile Crawler which they had behind the castle wall and went round really fast, it was sort of a big Dragon on a really long track. They had lots of rides that you could go on but it was really busy the day we went and the queues were massive for the rides, so we only managed a few small rides and the odd big one which was rubbish as it was more expensive than any other UK park I had been to, I remember there being a toboggan ride and a green rollercoaster ride that I wouldnt go on but my mum did.
It has really nice gardens and is nice to look at but the queues are big and there werent many rides, I think the newest ride was the big dark ride that was in a big tent down a hill and they had a brilliant new Cable ride that went really high up with some spectacular views, I now know that they have purchased some new rides that are meant to be really scary and have made the park a lot better which is what it needed. They have Nemesis which you hang underneath the track as it goes round really fast and a really high one called Oblivion, this one drops you face down into a giant hole and you get wet, but there will be another one opening this year called AIR that you ride like a normal coaster but you lay down so it feels like youre flying.
