Mr. Lopez
brings exceptional depth of experience to every case. After beginning his career
as a Florida Highway Patrol trooper in 1963, he went on to serve as training
officer, road patrol sergeant and detective sergeant with the Palm Beach County
Sheriff's Office. He also taught as an adjunct instructor in criminal
investigation and criminal law at Palm Beach Community College, was chief
criminal investigator for the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office, and
served for five years as Palm Beach County's 'Director of Public Safety'. Since
1978 he has worked exclusively as a professional paralegal, with special
experience in helping plaintiffs and their attorneys. Mr. Lopez holds a degree
in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University as well as several teaching
certificates.
