Family: Pink (Caryophyllaceae)

Solitary flowers, round petals and much toothed.

Note: This "White" version of the Maiden Pink is very rare. I have only found this in one location and it was quite prolific. I have not yet found it listed in white in any books. I would be interested if anyone else has ever seen it.

Height: 6-16 inches

Found: Dry fields and roadsides.

Blooms: June-August
