Gym

Fitness Centre Includes:  Open Gym, Fitness Classes, Four squash courts,
indoor 110 metre walking/jogging track, weight room, free and machine weights ages16+,
exercice bikes, saunas, showers, lockers and change rooms.  Certified Fitness Consultant available.


Dancing

Types:  Line Dancing, Pre Dance (ages 3-5), Beginner Dance (ages 6-13), Adult Dance


Gymnastics

Beginners (ages 4-8), Experienced (ages 4-14)
