Throwing is not my primary hobby.  I do demos, teaching and trials with the sheep dog circuit.  I have been training Boarder Collies and competing for last two years.  I train and work at The Drummond Ranch, north of LA.  The Drummond Ranch does trials and demos at Scottish and Irish festivals throughout the west coast.

I got started in Highland Games in 2005 when I started dating Jeff Goodman.  We met at the Queen Mary Highland Games, when the SAAA and Drummond Ranch were sharing the same field.  Jeff came over to pet my dogs, but we started talking and were dating by the Pomona Games.  I come down to San Diego for the weekends and Jeff talked me into throwing at the Black Sheep practices. (since the other option would be to sit watch for four hours, because he was going to Black Sheep practice whether I participated or not)

My first game was Vista and my second was the Black Sheep Open.  So, all of my throwing seems to be in San Diego.

I’m proud to be the only active member of the San Diego Black Sheep who does not live in San Diego County. (it gives the illusion that I am extra committed and commute in for practices)
