MORE TO COME

The reason for picking an RS model is simple. Less computer controlled subsystems that can complicate custom work. *Its easier to work from the basics than into the works. Computer equipment can always be added later, when desired.

Test Subject: 1998 Civic EX (Si)
Base power: 105.9hp 99.1lbs-ft torque

The first product we tested is a Tenzo R air intake. The installation like all intakes was quite easy. As simply as we unrapped the package, Tenzo's simplest bolt-on was installed in a mere 15 min. All hardware, as in all packages, was included (clamps, crankcase hose).

After the quick install, the Civic's hp tallied up an extra 3.6hp, and 1.4 lbs-ft torque. The most obvious difference was at the 4,500 rpm mark, where the Civic shot it's needle to redline with the heart of his bigger brother, a Prelude Si.
