Erased front existence... 15-12-06

Keeper promised us a full bttf mod for Vice City and said 
he would create he maps of hill valley for Vice City. But 
his last post was 2 weeks ago and we have heard nothing of 
him. The only things we’ve seen him do for this mod is 
change some textures, which isn’t a big deal. DeLorean88us 
however seems to be going great with his coding and work 
with the DeLorean vehicles and time travel. People like 
Carlos E. G.L. have donated heir vehicle models to this mod. 
But we still need a map editor to create the three versions 
of Hill Valley. If you are good at Mapping Vice City please
