Chris Spelman-80's Dancer
Christopher Mark Spelman was born on 21st April 1982. Having lived
his life in the 80's, Chris describes the first second of 1990 as
the saddest moment of his life, knowing that his great era had come
to its eventual end. However it seems that 1997 brought him the
greatest moment of his life when he went with Joe Bexon, Richard Corke
and Andrew Applin to see Oasis live at Earls Court.
Many believe that 80's Chris has survived from incidents that
may kill a mortal man. Here is a list of times that Chris has cheated
death:
- When he suffocated in a sleeping bag when he was a baby.
- When a tree knocked him out and nearly killed him.
- When he recently caught hypothermia.
There are many more times when 80's has barely survived death but the
full list is too extensive to be fit on these pages.
Born in Maidstone, Chris has made a lot of friends and enemies. He has
been described as hyperactive and always talks a lot, this could be
caused by a large bump on the head when he was 5 years old (although he
still insists this hasn't affected him at all).
He claims that the Eurithmics have been his main musical influence and
claiming that he owes his life to the eighties he points out that since
the end of his time he has developed some violent tendencies and mood
swings. Some people consider Chris Spelman "A bit of a mad person.".
Chris now studies at Lincoln University, his contribution to the band was always small, he refuted accusations that he was ever a part of the band. No legal action has been taken. Despite the arrival of the 21st Century, Chris still lives in the 80's.
