The saga of Herman the Frog!
Once upon a time...in a land not so far away, there lived a frog. His name was Herman. Now, Herman was always unsatisfied. Whenever he ate a fly, he would complain that "that one looks better" or "it was stale". The same happened with everything else he had or didn't have.
One day, Herman saw a salamander. He didn't know it was a salamander.
"What a funny looking frog!" He mused, "And it has a tail!" He pondered this for a moment. Then he began to wonder.
"What would it be like to have a tail?" He wondered. It looked very interesting, and it would be fun, having a tail. Later that day, Herman was hopping along, minding other frogs business, when he tripped over a leaf. Not just any leaf, no, this leaf was magical.
"Hello Herman." The leaf said. Herman was taken aback.
"You know my name!" He gasped. How could this be?
"Yes. And I happen to know you're looking for a tail." The leaf said, staring at Herman.
"Yes, I am. Do you know where I might find one?" Herman asked.
"I could give you one." The leaf said mysteriously. Naturally, Herman agreed. The leaf said a few magic words, then poof! Herman had a tail. He immediately went off to show his friends.
"What a ridiculous tail!" They scoffed. Herman suddenly became an outcast. So he decided to go back to the leaf and have his tail taken off. But on his way there, he got run over by a car.
