A Mon Village (Mouila Pouvi)
Banana buying day in at the carrefour.  The forest company sends in a truck to weigh and pay for as many green plantain bunches as can fill the truck for their workers in the forest
Makeshift bamboo bridge on the Moughassu River downstream of Mouila Pouvi.  Pretty neat and it works!!  Just don't bounce on it.
And this is my house (yep, with me).  Isn't it just the cutest house you've ever seen?  Perfect for a family of one.
My postmate, Chula, throwing mud on a friend's new house in Ndjole, an hours drive from my village
My Maman Nzoumbi, who took care of me and loved me as her daughter for the two years I was there.  I didn't speak Massangu and she didn't speak French but we were very close.
