This is a contract between Brandi of Durand Equestrian Center and Anna C. concerning the horse/s Midnight Stalker.

By signing this contract I am stating that I have the money in my account and will give the proper are the aforementioned horse/s. If I see that you are not giving proper care I do have the right to take the horse/s back.

You may geld stallions if you so wish to. You may also breed mares if you so wish but please let me know of either so I can keep my records updated. If I do notice that you did either without contacting me I will inquire.

You also may sell a horse but please keep this contract with the horse for the new owner. You are not required to update me with the sale of the horse but it would be nice if you could do so.

Horses can not be aged without my consent, if, they are bred by me or another member. If they are not bred by me or by another member then you can age the horse as you so please.

I would like to see the horse/s shown provided there is a show they can compete in. Broods are exempt because they are retired for showing, as are retired stallions. You can change the discipline but keep it somewhat close to the original please. So no Grand Prix Show Jumpers to Reining or some sort of extravagant change like that.
