(posed here with her now husband Bobby, in costumes for a convention where he was like some kind of Aladdin type and she was his genie) I've actually known Heather a bit longer than Beth and Karla, maybe by a year. Heather was in my Cadet Girl Scout troop, and we, Sam and Morgie were inseperable. Heather wanted to earn a few badges aside from the rest of the troop, and that was the start of my movie career, however long it's gonna last through my life. There was a badge in the orange section entitled "Video Production" and basically we had to make our own movie. Hrmmmm, what kiiiind of movie...that fits our twisted sense of humor and our collective obsession with Star Trek?.......That's it!, we said and Star Trek: the Women's Generation was born (because Heather was a raving lesb..i mean feminist at the time ;) (see Doing:Scripts). I played the Troi-like character because I had the poofy hair for it. Heather played Dr. Christine Haas, one of the few sane people on the Exitprise. Sam was Captain Sean-Fluke Leotard, and Morgie was Lol, v.2 I guess. For having no prior experience that movie came out really good, except the editing and the audio could have been better....not to mention the acting (well if people had memorized their lines like I told them to it would have been better). After cadets I left GS cuz I was starting CORE in skool. I introduced Heather to Beth, and they got along instantly, they used to call each other up on saturday nights and watch SNL together. And Morgie moved to Texas, and Sam was in a few of my classes. I remember Heather sitting on her bed drinking grape soda, and I said "oh look a penny" and bent down to pick it up, and I started singing "you are not alone" cuz he bends down in the video or something, and next thing I know Heather snarfs on me and is rolling on the floor. I was all purple! We had lots of fun times at Heather's house, mostly on her birthday, like the time we were up all night playing Trivial Persuit (one of our favorite things to do) and she did that helicopter thing on the floor, and then Beth and Karla went swimming at like 5am and it was freezing, and another time we were filming something for her then boyfriend, I think his name was Bill but we called him Ba'al because he tortured small animals (see Doing:Scripts:Shakespeare Abridged). We went to Triennium, which Heather dubbed Christian Woodstock, and I remember doing Heather's math homework. She and Bobby got married earlier this year (April '01?), and they both work at Disneyland.
