Conference Goals:
The goal of this conference is to provide participants with an understanding of the provisions of the new 2007 Rhode Island Food Code. Why Attend: The morning session will focus on the major provisions of the new 2007 Rhode Island Food Code. The presentations by RI regulatory officials will highlight those provisions of the code which directly affect you and your employees and students. Attendees will be provided with copies of the new code and the highlights. The afternoon session will include a food safety review incorporating changes in the provisions of the new food code and information and resources on HACCP at retail. Note: This session is only open to those attending the morning session. |
