| I wouldn't say I'm an avid collector of anything, but I have been gathering up pennies since I was pretty little, and recently I've focused on collecting typewriters, which I love. Um, more details about the pennies will come later. First, the typewriters! I own five typewriters, though they're all in need of repair in some manner or another. I also own a minature toy typewriter whose name is Spud. Typewriters are satisfying; they make pleasant chunking sounds as you type and the typed pages look really great. I have an old-fashioned typewriter, a large electric typewriter, a more modern electric typewriter, a giant green typewriter, and a little travelling typewriter. Someday I hope to get them all fixed, usable, and on display, but at present, I keep them stored in my room.
