I gave up driving cars in 2000.

I have a breathing disorder called apnea.

Some days I am very sleepy.

I am sleepy brain.

I was in grade school, when my good doctor in Madison, Wisconsin took out my tonsils to assist my breathing.

I had sleepy brain apnea problems in high school.

In the Navy (1978), firefighting smoke, pneumonia, asthma and dust mites caused more breathing problems.

I searched for answers, but I did not find a good doctor (in Naples,Florida),until March 1999.

Doc Martin A. Cohn

Apnea requires me to use a breathing machine CPAP when I sleep at night.

Subject: Emergency Shelter from high tides, hurricanes, tornadoes, flash floods, and tsunmei in Hollow Stepped Beach Pyramids - the bunker solution

1. The coastal Americas' native tribes developed stepped pyramids for signal towers, church and practical uses.

2. In Florida, I have visited many shell mounds/ stepped pyramids like Bonita Springs - Fort Myers and Miami.

This was an effective low tech third world type solution!

The idea is get high and to get inside away from the problem.

For the indians of Florida before Columbus, it was hurricanes and the big tidal surge.

3. We now renew reefs world wide with hollow concrete reef balls. (CNN) In Japan, pyramid type walls have been built to save lives.

4. Every hotel, motel, restaurant, and beach operator should provide a hollow concrete stepped pyramid high enough to save lives.

5. Early warning is good, but where do you run? To the pyramid!

6. If global warning continues, then the beach pyramids will make great reef balls!

7. The explosion of the Krakatoa volcano on 26 August 1883 is a well documented event that should be reviewed now.

love, rick,

a beach loving sailor, hillbilly who knows that sometime the creek rises!

Run for the hills! Oops no hills? Run for the pyramid shelters!
