----- Green Cup Diet ---------
Okay, I am fat.
I want to lose weight. My stomach likes to be full, but one green cup does not fill it? Doctors say we have the caveman's stomach. It is almost 4 green cups in size? Caveman ate good one day of the week and was travelling, walking, and looking for food the rest of the week. He was old and dead at 35.
1. Exercise:
a. Walk the dogs three times a day
b. Water the garden
c. House repairs
d. Internet
e. Viagra nites go from 5 second ride to 5 minute ride.
2. Count green cups of calories per day:
a. 5 green cups a day sometimes equals 2000 cal
b. A green cup equals 400 cal
c. No more sugar soda -400 cal per green cup
d. Rice ----------------------300 cal per green cup
e. Beans/corn/rum------------- 400 cal per green cup
f. Sugar ---------------------720 cal per green cup
g. Oatmeal -------------- 145 cal per green cup
h. Dry cereal ---------------110 cal per green cup
i. Milk ----------------------- 150 cal per green cup
j. Orange juice------------ 110 cal per green cup
k. Cheese ------------------215 cal per green cup
l. Peanuts -------------------840 cal per green cup
m. Raisins ------------------435 cal per green cup
n. Olive oil----------------2,000 cal per green cup
3. Each person has to lower the 5 green cups (2000 cal) a day down to say 2 green cups(800 cal).
One green cup(400 cal) per day is hunger pain.
