| The "Transformation" |
| Well, here we go with....."The Transformation"! It is Friday, March 29th, of 2002. Last night we took the "Before" pictures. (The actual "Competition Diet" starts on April 29th of 2002). The next 4 weeks are going to be prep time. These weeks are crucial for mentally preparing oneself for the 12 week journey. The first step is the "No-Fibs" journal. That means that every morsel of grub that I consume (no matter how trivial it seems) will be documented. That one bite of chocolate, that sliver of banana, ALL will go down on paper. This to gain complete knowledge of exactly every calorie I take in. This way..when I formulate my diet, I know where they will be coming from, and where they will be eliminated. Don't worry, you guys can keep me in check! I will post my progress here! |

| The above photo does not look too bad, however..... This side shot, I am not fond of. Looks like I don't have any biceps! Not cool. Funny how the leaner and smaller you get, the bigger you look muscle wise! |
