As things usually go, a strange set of occurrences led Ja Rule to Irv Gotti, who went on to become an A&R representative. From there, Gotti founded the Murder Inc. Label. The way Ja Rule came up with this name was because he thought of putting his initials together, then the Rule stands for Represents Unconditional Love's Existence...Ja Rule is my favorite singer... (And the hottest singer as well...)
