The RHSROTC, short for Romeoville High Schools' MCJROTC Program, is an academic course of instruction, which combines the advantage of military leadership with those of secondary education. The curriculum is designed to educate the cadets on Marine Corps history, philosophy, and its contribution to the nation. Additionally, students learn more about U.S. and World History by exploring the past of the Marine Corps. The main focus of the RHS MCJROTC Program is its endeavor to promote leadership, self-discipline, self-esteem, and pride to the students of Romeoville High School. Through the different cadet units, they learn how to interact in a chain of command, perform drill techniques, and Marine dress. Through their actions in the units the student cadets attain more responsibilities, earning JROTC rank and a sense of accomplishment. MCJROTC Instructors | |||
