Even if we live in the same country we don't have the same language, some people talk by sign language others, by another language.
An interpreter hardiest job is to translate a language to another, for example if a Russia in being interview for an English news chanel the reporters have a earphones which translate what the person is saying.
In consecutive interpretation the speaker and the interpretor takes turn speaking, for someone planning to do this job, they need great memory for long sentences. People will do such a thing when there are fewer people or as a guide.
They also use sign language for those who can't deaf.

Gerontologist are people who trying to understand and address the elderly needs. They could do so, by community services program, health.
One of the most demand places are in places where elderlies live alone. Some elderly don't need to be looked on all the time, since they benfit from social activites.
People with qualifications in physical therapy may choose to focus their skills on therapeutic techniques that help relieve muscle, nerve, and joint problems in the elderly.
