Extravagant Elegance Tea Room
Middlebury, IN
Our last meeting at the Extravagant Elegance in Middlebury greeted us
with a very pleasant atmosphere of fine china and lovely tables with
floral cloths amidst varying victorian type gift items. We had the
privilege to welcome 2 new members to our fold, Dianne Yoder & Kathy
Floerkey.  We had a holiday luncheon of tea sandwiches, beverages and
assorted tea desserts. We also had a gift exchange.

At our meeting I asked for some one to volunteer or nominate a Vice
Queen to help out with duties since our former Vice Queen has dropped
out. Everyone unanimously voted for Betty Kummeth who was gracious
enough to accept the task which includes promoting the Red Hat Society,
answering any questions and be bossy when the Queen Mum is not around.

Afterwards there was many specialty shops nearby to peruse
for that last minute Christmas gift or just to spoil yourself!
Notice the peacock in the mural on the back wall.
How appropriate for the
PURPLE PEACOCKS!
