History:
September, 04th 1999 - TombEdit V3.2.3 Build 136
Changed the 'unlimited mun' - cheat a little bit.
Now you got at least one shot per weapon.
That's needed for make the cheat working.

July, 21th 1999 - TombEdit V3.2.2 Build 135
Bug-Fixes (u.a. no Flares in TR2-Gold)

July, 18th 1999 - TombEdit V3.2.1 Build 134
Cheat for enabling direct levelselect for 'The Golden Mask' added
Fixed preload-bug.

July, 18th 1999 - TombEdit V3.2.0 Build 130
All Golden Mask - levels are supported now.
Cheat for 'all Secrets' for Golden Mask added (Bonus-Level!).

April, 28th 1999 - Tombedit V3.1.2 Build 129
I forgot to change the pictures for the Golden Mask - secrets.
Also added a backup - function, which creates a savegame.bak - file,
if selected.

April, 24th 1999 - Tombedit V3.1.1 Build 128
Support for the first TR2 - The Golden Mask - level added.

February, 28th 1999 - Tombedit V3.1.0 Build 125
New translations (greek and russian). Additional feature: If Lara is burning, you can
switch the flames off in TR2 and TR3. (Should work as good as everywhere, but I didn't
test it too extensiv). Don't know how to do this in TR1 and UB. If someone has an idea
how to do this there (which adress and which values), let me know...
I also added a little gimmick for everybody running a resolution bigger than 640 x 480
(I guess that's almost everybody;-): try to zoom to fullscreen...
Let me know what you think about it. Btw: I also fixed the 'bug' that the font in the
overview doesn't change.

January, 27th 1999 - Tombedit V3.0.7 Build 117
New translations (chinese now complete, one for traditional and one for simplified chinese).
Changed all-secrets-cheat: Now only the already played levels will be cheated, what has the
effect for some cheaters who cheat every time that they couldn't select the other parts and
go straight to the antarktis.
For TR3 I removed the unlinited life/air switches, because the developers of TR3 fixed this
'bug' which let you have as goog as unlimited life/air. So PLEASE, don't tell me anymore
that for TR3 these cheat doesn't work, I already know that.

January, 6th 1999 - Tombedit V3.0.6 Build 116
New translations (spanish, croatian, finnish), some small bugfixes

December, 20th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.5 Build 115
Some bugs fixed (Items in TR3 are not saved, artefacts cheating bug, etc.).
Added complete english walkthrough for TR3, new translation in dutch (netherlands).
BTW: FOR ALL ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE: DUTCH AND DEUTSCH ARE NOT THE SAME.
DUTCH ARE NETHERLANDS AND DEUTSCH ARE GERMANS.

December, 14th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.4 Build 109
Because you also need the artefacts to reach the bonus-level, I added a cheat for them.
The bonus-level is also available via the menue now.

December, 12th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.3 Build 106
Bug in MP5-munition fixed, Energy- and breath-detection completly rewritten,
secret-detection realized, 'All Secrets' - cheat realized.

December, 11th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.2 Build 105
Functional no changes, new icon with the correct number, removed debug-informations.

December, 10th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.1 Build 101
Bug in weapon-detection fixed, pictures for inventary and weapons added,
life- and air-detection integrated (not tested), 'advanced' will be remembered now,
ABOUT%1.TXT added, which should include basic informations about the different versions
(editing only possible with an external editor in RTF-format like e.g. WRITE).
Secrets-detection is not realised for TR3 in this version.

December, 06th 1998 - Tombedit V3.0.0 Build 99
Tomb Raider 3 is now supported.
At the moment, there are some limitations:
The life and breath-values are not detected at the moment and the secret-check doesn't work.
Also there are some pictures missing, because I have to make the screenshots and repainting
at first, but at the moment, I have no time for things like that.
There are also already complete walkthroughs available on the net (either at EIDOS or check
Sinjin's Lair for another good one.)
In the next release, I will try to put in the things above, but don't ask me, for a
exact release-date.

September, 11th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.4 Build 99
Another translation (turkish), some small changes in the setup-screen, the last
missing (I hope) parts for translation and the possibility to print the solutions
straight out of TombEdit.

June, 07th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.3 Build 95
Two new translations (swedish and filipine) and a translation-entrie for the cheats-
folder.

Mai, 12th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.3 Build 93
Now the names and e-mail adresses of the current translater and the writer
of the current walkthrough are shown in the info-window.
Also there is a chinese and an italian translation available.
Therefore are four new entries in the ini-files.
Functionally nothing else changed.

April, 17th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.2 Build 91
I recently recognized that for some items the showing of the label is gone.
That seems to happend because of the optimization-flag of the compiler.
I only recompiled TombEdit without optimization.
Within the last 2 days I also recognized, that the walkthroughs I got by mail
for free use are 'stolen' from there real authors. Therefore I removed the
wrong copyright - informations and replaced them with the correct ones to
give credit who should get credit. The correct authors of the walktroughs are
the people called above.

April, 11th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.1 Build 89
Only changed the order into the setup. Language-select is the first now.
Frech solution for Tombraider 2 now also available. Thanks to Capt'ain Alban.
Portuguese INI-file available. Thanks to Luis Miguel.

March, 22th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.1 Build 87
In the hurry to play the new levels as soon as possible, I didn't recognize
two errors. The first was the left possibility to load Tombraider 2 - savegames
over the button, the other the wrong position for reading the killed enemies.
I fixed both with this release.

March, 21th 1998 - Tombedit V2.3.0 Build 86
Added the brandnew Tombraider Addon levels unfinished business and shadow of the cat.
Therefore a little change of the mainmenue.
In setup you simply have to mark the checkbox for accessing the new levels.
To load them, klick on the 'GOLD'-picture.
Also added a cheat-page, where are all existing cheats for Tombraider are shown.
I switched again the contents of the zip-archives for smaler files and optimal
downloads.
Also created a french solution part availabe in french.zip.

March, 12th 1998 - Tombedit V2.2.5 Build 78
Now it's possible to change the main-button-pictures in the setup.

March, 04th 1998 - Tombedit V2.2.4 Build 73
The walkthrough-section changed again: Now it's possible (in Advanced Mode) to edit
and save the files directly in TombEdit. Also richtext (RTF) - format is used now.
The Richtext-possibilities are NOT editable inside Tombedit. If you want to use these
features, you can edit the files with e.g. Wordpad.
Also the handling of the language-support is easier:
Now you can pass the language-specific INI-file either as commandline-parameter
or you can start TombEdit WITHOUT any INI-file and select the language in the setup.
NOTE: If you pass a language-INI-file, you CAN NOT choose the language in the setup.

February, 13th 1998 - Tombedit V2.2.3 Build 65
Cause of some questions I included now for the language-support
the last two menue-entries 'Options' and 'Info'.
I also recognized, that I forgot the entrie for the flares in the
ini-file (but just there).
I also fixed the problem, that in the walkthrough-section the font
of the walkthrough doesn't change, if you change to another font.
Also available now are some more language-specific ini-files.
(German, english, danish, french, czech).
This archive now ONLY include Tombedit.exe and all available ini-files.
The walkthroughs and the Savegames are now in a seperate archive.

Englisch: english.zip
Deutsch: german.zip

January, 14th 1998 - Tombedit V2.2.2 Build 63
Error with items in Venice-Level fixed.
New commandline feature:
- Now it's possible to tell the program, which savegame should be loaded.
e.g.: Tombedit Tombedit_Deutsch.ini "C:\Core Design\Savegame.2"
      Tombedit "Tombedit Deutsch.ini" C:\Tombraid\Savegame.1
      Tombedit "C:\Tombraid\Tombedit\Tombedit Deutsch.ini"
      Tombedit C:\Tombraid\Savegame.1

CAUTION: The extension of the ini-file have to be written with small letters.

January, 11th 1998 - Tombedit V2.2.1 Build 52
Error in languagesupport of the items fixed.

December, 18th 1997 - TombEdit 2.2.0 Build 49
Cause of some bugreports that the value for life-energy sometimes isn't correct
shown, I give you now the possibility to search by yourself for the right value.
CAUTION: USE THIS FUNCTION WITH GREAT CARE.
On doubt, I suggest to make a copy of the savegame before altering.

I also completed the language-support.
Now also the found items could be named.
Cause I don't have the english versions of Tombraider I need the correct translation
for the items.
It would be very nice if you would sent me a translated version of the INI-file.

December, 11th 1997 - TombEdit 2.1.1 Build 45
Final version of the searchroutines for breath and mun.
New searchroutine for life.

If there are no more change-requests or error-messages, this should be
the final version.

TombEdit 2.1.0 Build 43

All levels completely integrated.
Breath values now getting searched.
All items available.

Tombraider 2:
Overview added.
Distance calculation slightly changed.
Searchfunction for second mun adresses changed.
Try to detect the changing live adresses.

TombEdit 2.0.10 Build 34

New:
Changing of the inventory and weapons should work now for each level.
The items are included to level 10.
Changing of life and breath is possible just by part at the first
10 levels.
Reason: informationplace changes inside the level.
Until now, I didn't have the time to figure out the system behind, because
I'm still playing by myself.
At the moment, you only can handle it with medi-packs.
If you want, you can send me in zipped form one savegame per level where
the changes don't work.

I also changed the main-menue a little bit.
Now it should be a little bit more comfortable.

I also changed a little bit the INI-File.
I moved some common-entries to the statistik and added two new
common-entries for the new buttons.

Future:

Also welcome are language-specific INI-files.
Please send me a short comment, for which language it is and if
there are any recomendment's (like the use of a special font or so...).

---------------------------------------------------------------------

- Languagespecific INI-file

If you want, that TombEdit talk's to you in your own language,
you just have to change the values of the INI-file.

The left side of the settings is taken from the english version
of Tombraider and Tombraider 2.

To see, which values can be changed, take a look at TombEdit_English.INI.
There are all possible values included.
If you need more, just tell me (and please tell me, how long they have to be,
because the most values are limited between 15 and 30 characters).

If you delete some entries, the default values for these entries will
be appear in german, because german is the dafault-language.

Examples:

1: I want change the title from the first level of Tombraider 2:
currently:
[Tombraider2]
Level1=Die Groe Mauer

new:
[Tombraider2]
Level1=The Great Wall

2: I want change the statistik-tab to info:
currently:
[Statistik]
Statistik=Statistik

new:
[Statistik]
Statistik=Info

3: I want change the label of the walkthrough-tab, but i can't find
   an entry in the INI-file:
currently:

new:
[Walkthrough]
Walkthrough=Solution

REMEMBER: If there is no entry in the TombEdit_English.INI, there is no
chance to change the value (ok, you can try to patch the EXE-file, but that's
not the right way).

- I want use a different solution file

You can use every file you like, as long some limitations are hold:
+ plain ASCII-format or RTF-format
+ the different sections, (normaly one for each level) are divided by
the levelname, which have to be the same you use in your INI-File.
+ The labels have to be written in CAPITAL letters
+ The entry at the INI-file points to that file
+ Don't use more than 65 columns

Possible questions/problems:

Q: I use unlimited mun and all weapons in the first level of Tombraider 1, but
   not all weapons work properly.

A: I'm aware of this problem.
At the moment, the weapons just work with unlimited mun if you have some
mun for the weapon in your inventory (The problem with the mun is, that the information
for the mun-values are all stored in different places in the savegame for every level
   and for every weapon).
The flag for unlimited mun just seems to switch of the minus-counter of the mun.
If you have any ideas or solutions, please fell free to send me a mail.

Q: I want change the shown pictures

A: The only pictures you can change, are the level-pictures with the
   items on it.
You just have to replace the picture(s) with your favorite.
It only have to be a JPEG-file with the extension JPG.
I suggest, that you use the same imagesize (386x289) than the original picture.

Q: I changed the INI-File, but i can't see my changes into the program

A: Check, which INI-file is used by
   a) checking the parameter on the command-line
   b) call setup and press F1, then the used INI-File will be displayed
      in the titlebar.
   c) restart the program.

Q: unlimited life/air doesn't work

A: At the moment (and probably never) it's impossible, to detect the correct position
of the life/air-values inside a savegame, because these position changes for every level
and again inside every level too.
To take advance about this, I added the advanced-option to give you the possibility
to search for the correct life-position by yourself (the air-position seems to be
connected to the ammo-positions, which are detectable).
For TR1 (Gold) and TR2 it seems to work pretty good, but in TR3 the developers seemed
to put in a validation-check for these values and if they got an illegal value they
interpret it as zero what means, that these options doesn't work.
