| Strawbarry dream waffle |
| 3 cups flour 11/2 tsp. salt 41/2tsp.b.pouder 4 egg whites 4 egg yolks 21/2 cups milk 1/2 cup melted butter Sift together flour, salt, b.pouder and set aside. Beat egg whites untill fluffy and set aside. Beat egg yolks, milk and melted butter, into the flour mixture, fold in the egg whites, bake in waffle iron untill golden brown. Arange on the plate and pile on ice cream, whip cream , and the fruit. ex. strawbrries, peaches, bannanas, bluebarries. |

| Strawbarry Icecream |
| 1/12 cups whole milk 1/2 cup sugar dash salk 2/3 cup half and half 1/3 cup whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| Combine milk,sugar and salt.Stir with a wire wisk untill sugar is dissolved. stir in half and half, whipping cream and vanilla. pour into canister and freeze as direced. add sliced or crushed strawbarries when mixture is semi-stiff. You can use many different kinds of fruits. |
