So this time last year I embarked on a journey to find more ways to share the finer things in life...like real friends, quality time with loved ones, expressing oneself creatively, finding one thing to smile about and learning something new every day. I have become fed up with settling for the dafe bet or the tried and ture and opted for the road less traveled.
Realizing that it's possible to overcome the obstacles that prevent these things from happening seemed to open a new chapter in my life. I've found more freedom to create, more freedom, to express myself with relation to the world around me, and have discovered something even more profound than I thought I was looking for...the road to true happiness. I've taken some risks and continue to find the courage to take even more in my quest.
