Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Roy
Ratliff, 84, of Springfield, Ohio.
  
Mr. Ratliff was born September 16, 1907 in Lawrence County, the
son of John and Sarah Ward Ratliff.
  
He was retired from C & O Railroad.
  
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Boling Ratliff.
  
Surviving are one daughter, Barbara Lemaster of Springfield; one
granddaughter and two great- grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Friday, January 24 in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel, with Lonnie Ratliff and Darrell Ratliff
officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
