Mason Ratliff

1923–2002



Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 28, 1 p.m. at

Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville, for Mason Ratliff, 78,

who passed away Monday, February 25, 2002 at his West Van Lear residence.


Mr. Ratliff was born March 15, 1923 in Johnson County, son of the late

Ed and Tallie Ratliff.


Surviving are his wife, Margarett Spradlin Ratliff; two daughters,

Patsy McClure of West Van Lear, and Sue Ward, of Auxier;

two sisters, Pearl Conley of Paris, Ky. and Mildred Centers of

Staffordsville; five grandchildren.


Services will be officiated by Manford Fannin and Lee Music, with burial

following in Lakeview Cemetery, Staffordsville.
