10 Signs Anyone in Any Relationship Should Watch For:
The LABEL "abused" is not one anyone would want, and many people in abusive relationships refuse to acknowledge or leave them because they don't want to be and don't perceive themselves as a victim.  I don't want anyone to be forced to grapple with those issues, only to see what constitutes a harmful relationship, whether it be a girlfriend, parent, friend or spouse.  I was the victim of mental abuse for years before I realized how far it had gone, and it took a MAJOR physical incident to motivate me to leave, don't let you be me.  Everytime you find yourself in a Relationship where 4 or more of these "signs" arise, take action.  Do not let anyone hurt you, bring you down, or interfere with your life goals, and well being, because you "love" or "care" for them....
