Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is very light rhythmical massage that encourages the stimulation of the lymphatic system.  Developed in the 1930's by Dr Vodder, its use has spread worldwide in a variety of applications.

The lymphatic system has a vital role in the body by regulating the immune system - which protects the body from infections. It also transports nutrients to the cells and carries metabolic waste, toxins and excess fluids away, eliminating them from the body.

MLD is a powerful detoxifying and immune boosting therapy
