Supervise the operation and maintenance of the Plastic Injection Molding machines (NISSEI 60T- 460T Hydraulic and Servo Motor type, VICTOR 350T – 450T Hydraulic Toggle Type)

Perform Injection Molding parameter setting, Mold set-up, Mold maintenance, and New Mold trial and evaluation.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of the following auxiliary equipment for injection molding: Harmo and Yushin pick and place mechanism (Traverse and Swing type), Hopper and Speed Dryers, Granulators, Multi-Temperature Controller, Cooling Tower, and Conveyors.

Lead, manage and train a team of Production Engineer, Production Line Leaders, Technicians, Material Handlers, Rework Leaders, and Injection Molding operators in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets.

Coordinates with Customers regarding the first article runs of Plastic Injected Parts from material specification, product specification, and packaging specification.

Supervise, establish, oversee, initial and revise approval, and implements the Integrated Management System for ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 its mandatory procedures and sub procedures.

Coordinates with the consultants in regards to the establishment and implementation of the Integrated Management System.

Supervise the Deputy QMR, Pollution Control Officer, Safety Officer, ESH staff, and DCC Clerk.

Supervise and coordinates the Internal, Supplier, and Customer Quality and Environmental Audit

Monitors all non-conformance to the standards and initiates with the concerned parties corrective and preventive action

Coordinates with the approved ISO Certifying body regarding the certification and maintenance of the company's certification.

Supervise and oversee the implementing programs of all EMS groups and its members.

Established/Authored and implemented 24 mandatory and sub procedures of the Integrated Management System for ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.

Supervise a team of engineers and staff in performing technical and engineering works.

Issues technical standards to be used to all sections concerned in form of product information, to process set-up, up to deliver standards.

Perform Injection Molding parameter setting, Mold set-up, Mold maintenance, and New Mold trial and evaluation for first article run and acts as substitute during the absence of the Injection Supervisor.

Supervise the training of engineering, quality assurance, and production personnel.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of the facilities equipment and machines. (40KVA UPS, Screw Compressors, Air conditioner, etc.)

Assist in the operation and maintenance of machines and equipments on the Assembly line (Torque screw, spot welder, function checker, glue dispensers, etc.)

Assist in the operation and maintenance of machines and equipments on the Chip Mounting line (Panasonic MV2V and MV2C mounting machines, Reflow oven, Wave Soldering Machines, ICT, etc.)

Coordinates with customers in regards to new project trials, and claims.

Supervise the sourcing and qualification of suppliers in the acquisition of engineering tools and spare parts, including fabrication and engineering works.

Supervise and coordinates with contractors in the civil, mechanical, and electrical works on the building.

Coordinates with PEZA in the application, approval, and renewal of Economic Zone Permits related to engineering and building inspections.

Assist the computer engineer in the maintenance of the company’s computer and its peripheral hardware and software.

Perform engineering works includes SMAW welding, carpentry, painting, telephone line repair, etc.

Develop the Production, QA and Engineering database system using Microsoft Access.

Supervise and train quality assurance staffs and inspectors in terms of quality inspection, use of inspection tools and equipments, and preventive and corrective actions in the production line.

Supervise and formulate the quality assurance incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections procedures.

Authored and formulate the company’s Quality Manual, quality procedures, and product specification and standards.

Coordinates with the customer’s product quality standards, initial trial run, and customer claims.

Coordinates with all production sections in terms of quality process improvement, non-conformance monitoring, and preventive and corrective countermeasures for these non-conformances.

Assist the different sections in formulating corrective and preventive formulas for nonconforming products and process in the line to maximize production yields.

Supervise and coordinate with customer’s quality audit, including the company’s internal quality audit.

Coordinates the external calibration of QA inspection tools (Caliper, height gage, micrometer, etc.)

Develop and supervise the implementation of the Pollution Control and Safety standards of the company

Supervise the implementation of the DENR and LLDA implementing rules and regulation on pollution control and permit applications.

Supervise the handling and disposal of the company’s garbage, scrap, and hazard wastes

Submits quarterly SMR report and ECC compliance monitoring to DENR and LLDA

Coordinate and supervise in the monitoring of air and water quality thru external laboratory contractor.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Dust collectors, exhaust ducting, other Pollution Control equipment and devices.

Secured the revision and application of the company DENR ECC and LLDA permit in regards to the production capacity increase, the application for installation and permit to operate for Air Pollution Control Source and Facilities, and the LLDA Waste Water Exemption

Supervised the operation and maintenance of the different equipment and machines at the screensroom area. (SATAKE)
