All submitted as possible designs for the official seal. Since I did not exactly know what we wanted to officially
include, I went about my designs to see how simple one could be first.
After some minor discussion with Br. Hanna, I find that I highly recommend either Seal Test 2 or Seal Test 3. These are where my concentrations are. I do know that there would have to be some modification around the fleurdilies to make it work more effectively for the embosser.

Seal Test 1
Notes: The only items that remain consistant in my design, as partially inspired by Brs. Ellars and
Hanna are the octogon, traditional circle and the phrase 'Andronicus Alumni Association'. The grayed
fleurdelis is a part of an idea that there could be (in an embosser) different levels of depth, that the
fleurdelis would either be a less dominant line than the rest. It translates well for print
publication in gray.

Seal Test 2a
Notes: Having noted severe frustration with working APX reminciant of the badge into my design, I opted
for extreme simplicity. This design, however, lacks the visual command of officiality and would need
further modification, but I am willing to work on this (or any of my chosen designs, should they be
selected) to incorporate the basic needs of our seal.

Seal Test 3
Notes: While I appreciate the work that Br. Ellars went into hunting down a Latin connection to
'Fight On!', I began toying with simpler mottos. The design remains the same for the following seals;
the motto changes. The allusion in this to: "You may be a Bruin for four years, but you're a Trojan for
life!" was also a part of connecting to the extended fraternal family. The word 'Family' may be a misnomer
and cause some distaste.

Seal test 3a
Notes: Remembering it is our duty to the fraternity as members do not end when we graduate,
this motto came forth.

Seal Test 3b
Notes: The theme tapped upon in seal test 3a, filled the remainder of my attempts. Trying to balance
both chapter obligations that the alumni association caries as well as the university and to national became a
focus.

Seal Test 3c
Notes: More toying with the motto.
