Mom and Dad

John and Kacky (AKA-Mom and Dad) are still trying to figure out what to do with all the quiet time they have now that all the kids (except Mariah) are out of the house! They are enjoying the little work they have to do in making their new house in Utah more homey. They now have horses, plus boarding horses and a donkey; a heffer (female cow) that we are breeding; several pigs; 19 chickens; plus we are buying some steers for resale for slaughter. The Little Bit Farm is actually starting to look like a farm!

Dad, along with a LOT of help from "the kids" put up electric fenceing around the 23 acre property. When he's not building fences or working at the local hospital, he enjoys doing family history. He's found 372 names this month so far!!!

Mom is still in love with her horses. LOL. Mom and a friend have recently started a business in which they give riding lessons and take people on trails. Mom is a full time cattle rangler - averaging up to 2 days/week out with the cowboys. Herding, branding, castrating (rocky mountain oysters!), etc.
