Well this is my first blog on here. I am trying to add to my webpage. I am very pleased with it and I am far from done all the things that I want to accomplish with it.

I know that it takes me a while to get back to it and get the ball rolling. I am well intentioned and have a lot to contribute to the subject matter. So I will be trying my best to get here at least twice a week.

I have had this website for a long time. I also want to add to the Mental Health And You Page.......it is very important to me that these things can be told and then explained in the normal english language.

I feel that it is important that if you are bipolar that you understand the innerworkings of the mind. It is a complicated and wonderful thing, the mind. I have always felt that if something effects you personally that you should be able to understand it.
