Chapter 1

“Ok guys are you ready to do this?” Yuna asked of her guardians. They all nodded and everyone entered the cloister of trials. Everyone except Tidus. Why he didn’t enter with them, I don’t know. Maybe he was sleeping. Maybe he was high. Maybe he was just stupid, but the point is he didn’t. If he did it would have saved a lot of time but hey, Maybe he wanted to go through the hell of walking around and moving spheres.

Now Tidus who finally realized that he was standing in the middle of the temple began to ascend the stairs. He reached the entrance of the door and a priest asked him “Are you prepared to enter the cloister of trials”

Tidus thought for a moment ‘I’ve been in here before and as of yet I haven’t seen a fiend, but you never know’ he then answered the priest “No I’m not ready” He turned and descended the stairs again and then went into the left chamber of the temple

‘Maybe there’s something in here that will prepare me’ he thought as he scanned the room. And lucky him there was a treasure chest. Tidus walked over to the treasure chest and opened it. A mega-potion was inside. Just as he began to take it someone spoke.

“Hey you” said one of the people in the room

“Oh I’m sorry is this your treasure?” Tidus asked

“Yes”

“May I have it?”

“Yeah I don’t care just come in here and rob us blind we don’t need it that’s why we put it in a chest and camouflaged it in with the rest of our stuff so its not quite visible. Who cares if we go poor or can’t find that potion when we need it. 'Hey honey where’s the potion?', 'The potion? oh yeah I remember now one of those adventurers came and took it', 'Oh the adventurers they probably need it more than I do I’ll just go put a bandaid on my broken leg.' Sure just go ahead and take it.”

“Um..no maybe you should keep it” Tidus said as he closed the trunk.

“No you go right ahead”

“Thank you but I have plenty”

“TAKE THE DAMN THING!!!!”

“Oh I think I hear my um..my dog calling he’s hungry bye.” Tidus said as he ran out the door and up the stairs to the cloister of trials. This time he answered yes and went in”

On both sides of him were two spheres and a door in front.

‘This is gonna be easy he thought’ he took both of the spheres and put them in the door. Nothing happened. He then switched them. Still nothing happened.

“Oh crap..i’m gonna die here I’ll run out of food there’s no water. Why Yevon whyyyyyy!!!”

Tidus banged his head on the wall in despair and the wall made a clicking sound. He had opened a secret passage.

‘That’s how they get there so fast’ he thought. Tidus walked through the secret passage. After a while he arrived at a fork in the road..err hallway whatever.

‘Left’ he thought as he glanced left. ‘Or right’ three minutes later he still stood there. A decision still unmade.

‘There’s only one logical way to solve this problem' he thought. "EENIE-MEENIE-MINIE-MO!!" of course sense this was never wrong he went right. Not noticing the albhed that was written on each side. And even if he had it wouldn’t have helped because whenever he noticed one of those little primers he thought ‘someone dropped that for a reason so I’ll just leave it there’

The albhed by the way said left = easy short way, right=hard way for idiots who don’t pick up the primers

Upon entering the right side the door closed and Tidus was greeted with many arrows. He dodged them all rather easily though. On each of them a word was written. Together they read, ”You should have bought a squirrel…I mean picked up the primers”

After reading this Tidus continued walking down the corridor he hoped it would lead to freedom but in reality he was walking straight into even more trouble.
