E.S.H.C.S.. Class Rules and Information
Low Hunter-Open to all riders, horses or ponies. To to shown over a hunter type course with oxers. Simple cahnge of lead is allowed. Fences 2'3" - 2'6"

Green Hunter-Open to all riders that are on green horses or ponies. Horse or pony must be in their 1st or 2nd year of showing over fences. To be shown over a hunter type course with oxers. Simple change of lead is allowed. Fences 2" - 2'3".

Children/Adult Amateur Hunter-Open to all Amateir riders, horses or ponies. To be show over a hunter type course with oxers. Flying lead changes to count. Fences 2'3" - 2'6"

E.S.H.C.. Hunter Classic-Open to all riders,horses and ponies. Tow heights of fences are offered. One at the 2'3" - 2'6"  Riders will have two rounds of fences. Ater the first round a score will be given. Lowest scores will return to the ring first in reverse order.(lowest to highest) Then the two scores will be added together, for placements. Both rounds will be according to the height of fences but judged as one class. Flying lead changes to count. All riders must have show in one other division, at this show to enter. Class offers pay backs and ribbon placements, please see rules for pay backs.

Advanced Hunter-Open to all riders, horses or ponies. To be show over a  modified hunter type course. Fences are set at 18"- 2'. No oxers. Simple change of lead allowed.

Intermediate Hunter-Open to all riders. Litted to horses or ponies that have never show over 2' fences before 2007. Fences 1' - 18".Simple change fo lead allowed.

Beginner Hunter-Open to all beginner riders, that are new to showing over fences. To be shown over a modifed hunter type course. Fences 1' cross rails. (This is a course not around the outside) Simple change of lead allowed.

Low and Show Hunter-Open to all riders who are now to showing, or for riders that are new to cantering. If rider does not canter please enter all the walk/trot classes. There is a pattern class for w/t,w/t/c and the option of one jump set at a 1' crossrail. Riders may cross enter into the beginner hunter.

Hack Classes- Open to all riders, horses or ponies.
Pleasure Hunter- shown at the w/t/c and to be judged on the pleasure of the mount. Light contact with the horses's mouth is required.

Hunter Hack- shown at the w/t/c and the hand gallop. No more than six horses at one time to hand gallop. To be judged on the suitablity to keep up with hounds. Light contact with the horse's mouth is required.

Road Hack- shown at the w/t/c and the extended trot and hand gallop. No more than six horses to hand gallop at one time. To be judged on the ablilty to perform all gaits in a controled manor. Full cantact with horses's mouth is required.

Training Jumpers - Open to all Horses. Riders must be in their 1st or 2nd year of showing  Fences at 2' - 2'3". Jumpers. Judged on table 2 section 2B reads as follows: Rider leaves the ring after completing round and returns in the same order to start the jump off. Only magor faults count and are 4pts. - knockdown, 4pts. - 1st refusal and elimination of any of the following, 2nd refusal, loss of forward mtion or circling, not crossing timers.

Open Jumpers - Open to all riders and horses. Fences are 2'6" - 2'9". One round is judged on table 2 section 2B. Rules are rider stays in the ring for jump off. Faults are the same as 2A

Gambles Choice Jumpers- Jumps have ponts placed on them. Each rider has 45 sec to jump as many as they would like. Each fence can only be jumped one time each way. Highest ponts with in time wins class.

Game classes.- Will be help during luch and schooling break for 1/2 hour. They will be egg and spoon, sit a buck, and team relay. No Ribbons winner takes 1/2 of the 50/50 split.

Open card warm up class will be offered before each division. ( Low, Children/Adult, Green, Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginners.) This will be judged as one class though out the day. and will have placements 1st - 6th
