Cost per Division or per Class: $12.00 per class $15.00 Hunter Classic and $10.00 per warm up trip
All game classes are $5.00 per clas per rider. Pay back is 50/50 winner takes all. No ribions
Every rider will be charged a
$10.00 EMT/RGVHC fee per show

   Classes offer placements ribbons for 1 - 6.       
Hunter Classic classes will have ribbon placements along with add back payments as follows: $5.00 out of each entry will be prize money, and paid back on percentages. 1st-40%, 2nd-30%, 3rd-15%,4th-10%.

Points are counted as: 1st - 7,  2nd - 5,  3rd - 4,  4th - 3,  5th - 2,  6th - 1
year-end awards points will be split during the year after each show, for hunter points and wquitation points. For Champion and Res. Champion day of the show Hunter and Equitation class will be a combined for your division.

RULES AND REGULATIONS READ CAREFULLY

The E.S.H.C.  and its hosting farms, show management, agents, employees or volunteers will be in no way responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may occur to any horse, rider, equipment or spectator before, during or ater the show. it shall be a condition of entry taht each exhibitor shall hold the E.S.H.C.  and all of the abouve named harmless of any illness, loss or accident which may occur.

All questions taht arise shall be referred to the E.S.H.C.. show committee and manger whose dicision shall be final.

All fees must be paid by cash or covered by an "open" check and entry completed before numbers can be issued. Please fill out all sections of the entry blank. A release form ust be signed before each show. All accouts must be settled in full at he show. There will be a $50.00 surcharge added to all check returned by the bank.

The committee and manager reserve the right to cancel or combine any classes as deemed necessary. Entries must specify heights if two heights are offered in a class. Both heights are judged as one class.

The management reserves the right to decline to receive any entry or to return any fees before or during the show, without being liable for damages. Exhibitors are notifed taht any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judges or officals on the part of the owner, rider, trainer or groom shall disqualify the entry and the owner shall forfeit antry or any other fees.

All riders must wear proper attire including proper approved helmets at all times while mounted on the show grounds.

NO DOGS will be allowed on to the show grounds.

Negative coggins for 2006-2007 and proof of stranghles, rabies and rhino/flu is required for all horses on the show grounds.

It is a condition of entry that these rules and regulations be read, understood and accepted.
