I hereby Grant RGV Energy Aggregation & Consulting "EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS" to obtain competitive contract offers from the (REP) Retail Electric Providers. RGV Energy Aggregation & Consulting will not assign or distribute any information that it obtains through the process to any other party except those entities known as Retail Electric Providers that are registered by the Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas to sell electricity in the State of Texas. In addition we acknowledge that the contract for electricity is between the customer and the (REP) Retail Electric Provider and as a result of this process, we assume NO liability as a result of the contract.
