HOW TO USE IMAGES AS WINDOWS WALLPAPER

Save the images on your computer.
(on most browsers, click on the image using the right mouse button.)

Convert the gifs to bitmaps (filename.bmp),
using a graphics utility such as Paint Shop Pro or Graphics Workshop

Place the bitmaps in your Windows directory,
then select one from the Desktop portion of the Control Panel.
