OUR FRIEND FRANCK POURCEL
For those who have known him personally, and for those who have not had that pleasure, Franck Pourcel has been for many, many years, a great and beloved friend. And he will continue being it. His deep love for the music, and the sweetness of his creations, arrived to our hearings and our souls with all the beauty and the harmony of his creative talent.
His life was the music, and his music is life. Franck filled with colours his chords, elevating the spirituality of the human feelings with his expresivity and artist's sensibility. His music is much more than music: is fondness, is reflection, is peace, is humanity, is hope, is time and space, ...is love.
Franck tempered his strings, his brasses, his orchestra, with the kindness and the feeling of a friend of the heart. He deployed his rich polyphony of illusion and dream, with the dexterity and the imagination of an artisan of the spirit.
We, his friends in the ethereal immensity of his music, will remember for ever the perceptible nostalgie of OSMUNDA, the disturbing harmonic vibration of CRESCENDO, the sound immensity of SAN NICOLS, the oniric rejoicing of VOYAGE ROMANTIQUE, the geographical passion of VENEZUELA SUYA, the filial fondness of a theme (that it sames dedicated to us) called AMISTAD, the hopeful happiness of SEBASTIAN,... .and hundred of memorable melodies.
We always remember, with the same emotion, the vivid and policromatics sound pulsations of AVEC (theme that Franck composed for splendor of Charles Aznavour). For all this, Franck, us, your friends,  we tell you that  men are immortal through their works, through their creative spirit, and the transparency of their feelings. And you have know how to spread all these things in the world with your artist generosity.
Franck, friend of ours, you will be for ever with us. You will be present with your music, from that place that God has selected for you in the sky. Your fraternal kindness, as always, will live in your chords. And you, beyond the time, will continue being: our friend Franck Pourcel.
