R.G.Leach Soapstone
Ron Leach is a self-taught sculptor who has been working with soapstone for over 30 years.  What began as a hobby while he pursued his career as a lithographic stripper has become a full-time, year-round business now that he is retired.  He has been a successful participant in many art and craft shows, from North Bay to Toronto, and his sculptures now reside in many countries around the world.

Ron's carvings range in price from $25 to over $1000, and are all hand-carved by Ron, and naturally hand-finished with oil and wax by Ron and his wife, Jeanette.   Ron will be taking part in over a dozen art and craft shows this year, most of which you will find listed at the bottom of this page.  For further information,  Ron can be reached  by e-mail at [email protected], by phone at 705-687-0994, or by regular mail at
