Goal Setting Defined

The excercises on the following pages are designed to help you get clear as to what you want in your life. The forms are designed with three questions. First, what is your goal? What would you like to achieve? Secondarily, Why do you want to achieve this goal? The more reasons you have for achieving a goal, the more driven you will be to achieve them. Thirdly, develop a written plan for making this goal- this dream come true in your life.

Additionally, print the goal setting forms, review and rewrite them every week. The more you write them and remember them, the more concrete they become in your individual lives. Review your goals weekly!
