These pictures were taken in the mid 1970s in Tooelle Utah which is located 30 miles outside of Salt Lake City. When it was operational years earlier, there were 4 steam engines which were used to haul ore cars from the mainline up to the Smelter located at the base of the mountains. This was the only remaining engine. The tracks went though the center of town leading through some beautiful country side. The tracks have since been pulled up and a railroad museum erected.
