| CLINICAL ATTACHMENTS |
| -Students are rostered to 5 radiation therapy centers in Singapore namely, SGH, NUH, TTSH, Mount E and Gleneagles. -A total of 10 blocks, amounts to 38 weeks, spread over 3 years, during academic and vocation hours. -Under the supervision of the Hospitals' Clinical Laision hospitals charge, students acquired hands-on skills, collect cases and do competencies. -Such professional training is important as it prepares the student for professional practise after they graduate. |
| OVERSEAS CLINICAL ATTACHMENT |
| Top students from couses in diagnostic radiography and radiation therapy would have oppourtunities to spend up to 4 weeks in Australia for overseas attachment. Exposure to different cultures, different health care settings, forging international relations are some of the benefits of overseas placements. |

| -Students are rostered to various goverment and private hospitals for attachment, into various diagnostic imaging departments. -A total of 10 blocks, amount to 38 weeks, spreads over 3 years, during the academic and vocation hours. -Under the supervision of hospitals' clinical laision officers, students acquired first hand skills, collect cases and do competencies. -Such training is important as it prepares the students for professional ptractise upon graduation. |
| Applicants for Dip in Diagnostic Radiography and Radiation Therapy must have at least the following?: - GP at 'AO' level Grades 1-6 or English EL 1 Grades 1-7 - A Science subject at 'A' level grade (A-E) - Mathematics at 'A" level or any other 'A' level subject grade (A-E), plus Mathematics at 'AO' level Grade 1-6 or - 'O' level Mathematics (Elementary/ Additional) Grade 1-6. |
