Civic Stadium, home of the Eugene Emeralds baseball club. A great, old, minor league ballpark. Uncomfortable wooden seats, fatty food, ice cream served in little baseball helmets, and a manual scoreboard. Yes, they really have a guy behind there who turns the numbers. A great place to be in summer, even if the team loses more than it wins. |
