Sometimes it seems easier not to bother saying anything because each incident on its own seems relatively small. But how about an accumulated twenty years of them! Imagine living every day for the next twenty years with those negative hits gradually wearing on your spirit - the weight of more and more of them dragging your vitality down. How will your life have been with all these limitations and fears? What experiences will you have missed out on? What will you not have done? How do you feel? Do you feel sad at the idea? Do you feel pain and anger at the limitations?It doesn't have to be like that.
