Laredo and Nuevo Laredos' "Los Tres Reyes" have just released their CD "Recuerdos" that includes a duet with Selena.
The trio made up of brothers Gilberto and Raul Puente and Luis Villa
recorded the ballad, "No Me Queda M�s" in a mix that includes Selena's rendition of one of the late singer's most beloved songs.
"No Me Queda M�s" composer Ricky Vela and Qunitanilla's Q-Productions participated in the production of the trio's CD.
The CD includes 11 other boleros and is now on sale at Casa de M�sica Guadalupe.
The Reyes' CD release also marks the 6th anniversary of Selena's tragic death in March 31, 1995.
Los Tres Reyes' recording is the first one in 35 years.
The local trio obtained permission from Selena's father, Abraham Quintanilla, to mix his daughter's track of the ballad with their rendition.
The CD classifies and redefines Gilberto Puente's requinto considered one of the best in the world.
Los Reyes are among the pioneers of trio music along with Hernando Avil�s, who went on to create El Trio Los Panchos during the golden age of romantic ballads.
