* After Barret tells his story about Corel, the party go in the lift to ge tto Gold Saucer. Watch the fans that take them there. They start on the front (which is the wrong way anyway). They then switch to the back, during the FMV sequence. When Cloud arrives at Gold Saucer, the fans are back on the front.
* Where does Cloud keep his sword? Zack wears the same gear, but his sword's always visable. Why does Cloud's huge sword disappear from time to time?
* When Cloud is missing, Tifa says "Cloud was playing" by her piano in Nibelheim. This happens even if you made sure Cloud did not touch the piano 5 years ago.
* There has been a disturbingly high amount of translation errors by Sony. Example: Aeris says to Cloud "This guy are sick." That does not make sense.
*It says in the manual that Vincent is 27 years old,.he was a fully grown man when Sephiroth was born. Therfore Sephiroth would have to be about 7 years old. But he is about 30. Vincent would be in his 40's otherwise.
*WHY is Nibelheim intact when Zack and Cloud leave for Midgar? Sephiroth burned it down.
* In Metal Gear Solid, why does Johnny Sasaki, the guard, knock on the door of the DARPA chief if he knows it is Decoy Octopus?
*In Metal Gear Solid 2, during Emma's death, the parrot cage continously disappears and reappears.
*Richard Ames' blindfold and mouth tape disappear into thin air.
* In MGS 2, when Snake and Otacon talk about the tanker to Raiden, you see a flashback of Snake using an M4. You cannot use an M4 in the tanker so there is no-where where that scene could have taken place.
*Some of Pliskin's equipment vanish during the scene with Raiden (e.g the baleclava).
* GOLDENEYE: What would you do with a key to a really expensive aeroplane? Lock it in a safe? Keep it on you at all times? Or would you do what General Ourumov does on the Runway level, and leave it lying on a table and station two guards to stand watching it all day?
* PERFECT DARK: In the Chicago second level, there is a picture of the BAFTA award inside the safe, whilst decoding it. There are also many sightings of cheese scattered round every level, for no apparent reason.
* FINAL FANTASY X: Not a mistake, but stupid anyway. The party come across the moonflow, which is impressive graphically. There is a cutscene there that appears to be important. Tidus says they should return there. However there is never another mention of the moonflow again for the rest of the game.
* LEGEND OF ZELDA OCARINA OF TIME: Exactly why is Ganon's part of the Triforce so much more effective than Link's or Zelda's. They should be equal.
