"TEARS AT SUNSET"


"Painters are poets, too," Tom philosophized.

"Yes. They use paint as their medium in the same manner as poets use words." She chewed her pie with relish.

"Painters can express what poets can't."

"But they both express feelings. Emotions. In poems, they are hidden between the lines; much like that they are mingled in colors. Words beautify poems while colors do justice to paintings."

"Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Beauty is order, peace and equality. Yet, the world was not created from these. It began from chaos. At present, moreover, the world is still is . . . Wars, death, diseases . . ."
