REY ADEL'S NOVEL A SUICIDE NOTE FROM A PRISONER NOTE 1 |
CHAPTER 2 . . .
They have been my guide since youth and eventhough I am old enough to weigh alternatives, and to solve my own problems, they are still offering me suggestions, constructive or otherwise, often times putting themselves in my place. They provided me thoughts which I could ponder and propositions which I could consider. I have also been given a chance to enumerate my comments and decision. In this regard, they have propounded supplementary proposals which they thought necessary during my decision-making. Nevertheless, they have always respected my word as soon as I have averred: "It's final." They strongly believe: I am an individual capable of depending on my own and not on other's thoughts. They have been so helpful to me, however, in speculating events which might happen that I could make alternate plans if my original propositions would not materialize or would just ruin my goals . . . generally, my own life and specifically, my own future.
