A trip into the world of Rayman |
|
|
|
...ack! Watch out for the hunter behind you! O_O |

The Dream Forest
Rayman's quest begins right here, in this quaint little backwater woodland. Swing on vine after vine, ride on several different types of plants (including floating cauliflour [!] and bouncing plums), learn how to use seeds for planting your way to survival, and if you're really lucky you can make contact with a giant moskito. But will it be a friend or one of your first few foes? |

Band Land
Far away from the comfort of the forest, this music-based level can have you using instruments towards the end. No, really. Ride on flying maracas, encounter trumpets that can send you flying, stomp your way onto bongo after bongo, and mind not to fall down any giant clarinets! :P You have to be careful here too - rumors have said that one of the instruments here is alive and dangerous, so stay alert! |

The Blue Mountains
The journey starts to get rougher, as it leads right into this darkened mountain range. This means that you need to use the pink rings to your full potential if you want to get from one edge to another without falling to your doom. It's also been said that there's a musician that lives here, holding a strange power source, as well as several monsters made out of nothing but stones and rocks. o.O |

Picture City
This world has to leave you running on your toes if you want to escape the art-based traps here! It's a case of bouncing on giant rubbers, running through several waves of pointed pencils, sliding on ink puddles (or drowning in it if it's too deep O_O) and climbing onto ink bottles just to slow down! But watch out, because in this area there are two 'mamas' that love fighting with rolling pins... what?!? |

The Cave of Skops
Further ahead there's a cavern by the ocean, where only the worst can be feared underneath the stalactites. Aside from the usual platforms, you also have the chance to meet up with a shack owner called Joe, a fly that glows in the dark, several living ice crystals, a standable lift, a heap of buried treasure and - dare I say it - a 20ft man-eating lobster! >< |

Candy Chateau
Who would have thought that Mr. Dark's lair would be here, in a land of sweets and ice cream? O.O Either way, you need to be careful with what he does here - forcing you to ride a spoon down a hill, creating a dark clone of yourself whom's fatal to the touch, reversing your every move, running without letting you put on your brakes, and several other dangerous stunts before letting you face him yourself! |
